Cassie Rigg - Chief Executive Officer
A proud Colorado native, Cassie graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, specializing in Accounting. With more than 20 years of experience across diverse accounting and leadership roles, she is recognized as an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a proven record of driving financial growth and organizational success.
Cassie has held leadership positions as Executive Director and Finance Director, guiding organizations through strategic planning, fiscal management, and operational growth. She also serves as Treasurer for the Evans Area Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes her financial expertise and community leadership to strengthen the Chamber’s mission and impact.
Deeply committed to service, Cassie volunteers her time with local nonprofits and provides pro bono accounting services to organizations in need, reflecting her belief in using her skills to uplift her community.
As CEO of Foundation Financial & Accounting Services, she continues to empower businesses and nonprofits through ethical leadership, financial stewardship, and collaborative problem-solving.
Outside of her professional life, Cassie is a proud mother of three who enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family in the Colorado outdoors.

Kelsey Smith – Senior Account Executive
Kelsey Smith, a native of Eastern Colorado, earned her Business degree from the University of Northern Colorado before establishing her career in Northern Colorado’s business community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her nieces and nephews, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and taking trips to the mountains.
With more than eight years of professional experience, Kelsey is a versatile business leader with a strong background in financial operations and organizational management. She is cross-trained in multiple areas of financial monitoring and operational oversight, consistently contributing to improved efficiency and bottom-line profitability.
Kelsey is highly skilled in financial reconciliation, profit and loss analysis, and financial statement preparation. She also brings expertise in budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and accounts payable/receivable management. Beyond her technical strengths, she is recognized for her ability to align financial processes with broader strategic goals, ensuring that day-to-day operations support long-term growth.

Tami Naylor – Staff Accountant
Tami Naylor brings dedication and a wealth of experience to her role as Staff Accountant. Originally from Denver, she graduated from Colorado State University, later moving to Washington State before settling in Greeley with her husband, Tim, where they raised their three children. She has proudly called Greeley home for the past 30 years.
Before joining Foundation Financial & Accounting Services, Tami built a distinguished 24-year career as Office Manager with Weld County School District 6. In that role, she oversaw a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities, developing a strong foundation in organizational management, fiscal oversight, and process improvement.
As a Staff Accountant, Tami applies her extensive background to support clients with precision and care. She is skilled in financial reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and the preparation of financial statements. Her attention to detail, combined with her collaborative approach, ensures that clients receive accurate reporting and dependable support for their day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs—Corbett and Waylon—and her “grand pups,” Penny, George, and Poppy. She can often be found walking them at all times of the day, reflecting her love for the outdoors and her active lifestyle.
